A lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay Area, specifically Pasco County, Elle is the first in her family to attend college. She earned a full-merit scholarship to the University of South Florida Honors College, where she graduated a semester early summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA. Elle completed a double major in Management and Marketing, along with a minor in International Business.

Following her undergraduate success, Elle received another full-merit scholarship to Stetson University College of Law. She earned both her Juris Doctor (JD) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees in just three years. During her time at Stetson, Elle served as Treasurer of the Stetson Republicans, Vice President of the Federalist Society, and an active member of the Business Law Society.

Elle began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, prosecuting cases in Clearwater and Dade City. In this role, she developed strong courtroom experience by arguing motions, conducting hearings, and taking cases through trial and sentencing. While managing hundreds of cases simultaneously, Elle remained committed to giving each case careful attention and preparation.

After her time as a prosecutor, Elle transitioned into personal injury law. She now uses her courtroom experience, discipline, and strategic approach to advocate for injured clients. Her background as a trial attorney allows her to prepare cases thoroughly, negotiate effectively, and pursue the compensation her clients deserve.

Outside of the office, she is actively involved in the Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, and Trinity communities. In 2018, Elle ran for State Representative for District 37, reflecting her passion for public service and local leadership.

Elle is a member of several community and professional organizations, including the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce, West Pasco Business Association, Centre Club, Kingdom Business Alliance, Professional Living Women, and Women In Charge.

Giving back is at the heart of her mission. Elle supports and sponsors local events and charitable initiatives such as Love Generously, The Hope Shot, and Grinchmas, among many others.

In her free time, Elle enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, playing the piano, and spending quality time with family and friends.
